Qualifications
Education required: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience required: Experience with answering and transferring calls as needed. 5-10 years of reception or customer service experience preferred. Professional license or certification requirements: N/A Specific skills, knowledge and abilities required: The team member must be reliable, have a pleasant speaking voice, a people personality, and a professional appearance. In addition, the Resident Services Package Concierge must be able to handle both routine and unexpected situations, deal effectively with seniors and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced setting, handling a variety of tasks simultaneously. This team member must be able to meet the physical demands of this position. |
