Nestle Regional Globe Office North America, Inc. seeks a Manager IT BRM/FRM in St. Louis MO

Duties: Help senior business leaders in the areas of Order & Revenue Management and Procurement and Finance Operations to shape their strategies with regard to product adoptions. Act as the single point of focus between the organization's senior leadership and multiple IT Product Managers to avoid complexity from the IT receiver point of view and to provide a clear accountability for them. Advocate product portfolio, identify needs for additional value delivery or integration between product groups, if needed in coordination with all teams across IT. Act as a trusted advisor to the business units, provide awareness, direction and guidance to business stakeholders to receive the best value and innovation. Stimulate, surface, and shape business demand for the IT's assets and capabilities. Develop a deep understanding of the part of the business to which they are aligned and maintain strong relationships with relevant business leaders. Supervise 1 direct report: Expert IT Solution Architect (SOC Code: 15-1299.08). Up to 20% domestic and international travel required for business meetings. Telework permitted up to 1 day per week.

Requirements:

Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related field plus 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a program or project management role within the IT industry. All required experience may be gained before or after completion of Bachelor's degree studies. Required experience must include each of the following:

  • 8 years of experience in business analysis within the IT industry;
  • 8 years of experience working in a global environment and with global virtual business and IT teams;
  • 8 years of experience in SAP ERP modules and integration with external applications;
  • 5 years of experience working with order and revenue management or procurement business functions and initiatives to identify the conicts and synergies between technologies and business functions;
  • 5 years of experience with cloud application implementation and cloud security compliance assessment within a Consumer Packaged Goods company;
  • 5 years of experience leading and implementing global IT projects in a multinational Consumer Packaged Goods company;
  • 5 years of experience working with IT product portfolio, IT strategy and IT supplier management;
  • 5 years of experience working with IT receiver and consumer objectives, leading IT discovery, and collaborating with business functions on business case creation;
  • 2 years of experience with IT product management including market research and customer understanding, strategy development, and tracking product metrics;
  • 2 years of experience in multiple technology areas including Azure Web application, SAP Fiori, and Robotic Process Automation; and
  • 2 years of experience coordinating the implementation of applications built using technologies such as: Azure Web App, SAP Fiori, or API's.
