Who you are: This is an exciting transformative position that is at the intersection of quality, analytics and technology. We are seeking a candidate with a clinical background (or depth of experience in healthcare) who is strategic, innovative, and data savvy. The Clinical Informatics Program Director will support all lines of business at Johns Hopkins Health Plans in building out a strategy What you'll do: Clinical Informatics: serve as the subject matter expert on digital quality measurement, interoperability, and clinical data acquisition. Lead initiatives in partnership with IT to source clinical data from various entities and rationalize the overall portfolio of clinical data integration modalities, ensuring a comprehensive and cost-effective strategy is developed and executed. Quality Analytics: ensure a strong partnership with data/analytics teams to maximize our approach to quality performance analytics, bringing together multiple types of data to create insights that support quality improvement and population health strategies and interventions. Salary Range: Minimum 48.29/hour - Maximum 77.27/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
