Job Description: Location & Travel Requirements: This is a field-based role supporting mining and drilling operations across the United States. Requires up to 70% travel to customer sites, trade events, and Boart Longyear locations. Job Overview The Distribution Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of the distributor network for our mining products. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, delivering product training, executing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets across assigned regions. The manager acts as a liaison between the company and its distributors, ensuring alignment on business goals and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales or channel management, preferably in Mining or Aggregate / Construction products. Experience working with distributors or indirect sales channels. Languages: English required; additional languages a plus depending on region. Physical and Environmental Conditions Work Environment: Office-based with regular field travel to customer and distributor locations. Lifting Requirements: Minimal; occasional trade show setup or product demos up to 25 lbs.
