Your role and responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities
This Data & Process Analytics Lead is responsible for the data ownership within Compensation & Performance Workstream and works with the C&P Experience Lead to track performance of applications and efficiency of process within the process area.
Data and Process Analytics Lead will:
*Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights into trends across the HR Experience Organization including employee engagement, performance, and other key HR and IS metrics.
*Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into the HR Experience Organization performance, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information. Includes granting/revoking access to reports.
*Work with the Process Optimization Specialists on assessing HR and IS processes to implement process improvement initiatives.
*Be responsible for the data ownership within Compensation & Performance and ensures data integrity, accuracy, and security.
Location is flexible for this role. The role holder will be expected to work/collaborate with teams in European, ASEA, and US EST time zones. Ultimately, we'll choose the most qualified candidate for each role.
