A local company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team. 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience on software related IT projects is needed. They will be responsible for gathering functional and technical requirements for IT Projects. Please see additional information below and apply if interested. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify key features and functionalities for IT Projects. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and junior business analysts, to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories. *Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape *Create implementation roadmap for product delivery *Required Skills and Abilities* *Assist in creating marketing campaigns, presentations, and demos to showcase the features and benefits of the products to stakeholders. *Build and maintain strong relationships with business units and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. *Identify opportunities for business process optimization, efficiency improvements, and automation on a proactive basis *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
