POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is an elevated position that is primarily focused on leasing apartment homes and will report directly to a Regional Marketing Manager. This is a sales position that does not have a specific property and will rove within the assigned region. As a sales role, this position is compensated for leasing apartments above industry norms. The primary responsibility of this position is to produce an agreed number of sales in a specific timeframe by using the sales process on phone calls, tours, and follow-ups.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Be the face of sales for each property as assigned.
  • Follows-up with prospects in an effort to garner sales Use follow up and feedback to provide to management to influence marketing and price.
  • Maintains control over lead management to ensure all sales are given priority.
  • Walks available homes including the model daily to ensure the highest standards are being met.
  • Reports any issues to the Regional Marketing Manager in required reporting.
  • Be familiar with all aspects of the property including but not limited to: the immediate competition, area schools, hospitals, banks, shopping, transportation, and location specific amenities.
  • Schedules and completes outreach initiatives to the local community. Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to ensure any traffic opportunities are being sought after.
  • Creates goal boards, weekly staff check ins, leasing huddles to ensure the team is aware of process moving forward.
  • Reviews Market Survey weekly and provide the Regional Marketing Manager with any changes in rent, specials and occupancy in the market.
  • Ensures all traffic for the site is being records in Voyager/CRM.
  • Shows the prospect all amenities of the property when touring.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • This role requires 100% travel; flexibility is necessary to meet the demands of multiple properties in different locations.
  • Minimum 2 years of leasing experience, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential residents and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple properties and tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using property management software (e.g., Voyager, CRM) and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Knowledge of local housing market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.


COMPENSATION:



  • $25/ hour + commission
