Bill of Materials (BOM) Analyst

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):



  • Provide support to our Bill of Materials team, which supports various subsidiaries and departments within the company.
  • Analyze bill of material, labor, and route information for accuracy and completeness, as well as compliance with company requirements and other regulations.
  • Manage data reporting including creating custom reports for specific analyses; including raw data management and conversion to reportable formats due to data volume.
  • Perform weekly routine data quality checks on a variety of standard and load to the QC folder for the team to update.
  • Maintain master labor file utilized in all bill of materials.


Develop reporting tools for use by bill of materials and cost accounting teams for use in various reporting tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy

What You'll Need (Qualifications):



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or computer science; or equivalent related experience.
  • 1-4 years of manufacturing experience required; with experience related to bill of materials, routes, costing, or inventory in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly in Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems required; with experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Experience with databases and managing large quantities of data for analysis purposes required
