Valet Living is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Marketing to lead with vision, creativity, and precision. Reporting to the President and COO, this senior leader will set the strategic direction for all marketing initiatives, connecting big ideas to measurable business results. Compensation & Work Environment Details:

  • Salary Range: $175,000 - $215,000
  • Bonus Target: 25% of annual salary
  • Travel: Up to 25% of the time

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a High-Performing Marketing Team: Empower and guide a team of marketing professionals across brand, creative, digital, events, and technology. Drive performance, engagement, and innovation that fuel company growth.
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Set and execute the overarching marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales initiatives, and client needs.
  • Sales & Marketing Integration: Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, improve lead quality, and develop joint campaigns that maximize revenue generation.
  • Brand Stewardship: Elevate Valet Living's brand in the multifamily industry through clear positioning, compelling messaging, and integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Creative & Content Excellence: Oversee the development of high-quality creative assets that bring campaigns to life and support internal and external communications.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead launch strategies for new and enhanced service offerings, driving adoption, awareness, and client value.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to ensure our messaging, positioning, and targeting stay ahead of the curve.
  • Marketing Technology Optimization: Leverage MarTech tools and data insights to improve campaign performance, measure ROI, and continuously refine marketing processes.
  • Client-Focused Campaigns: Develop acquisition and upsell strategies that improve client satisfaction and expand service utilization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Product, Operations, and Client Experience teams to ensure marketing initiatives are client-centric, scalable, and aligned with the company's mission of "living made easy."
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs and campaign performance, using data to guide strategy, optimize results, and adjust course as needed.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Valet Living at key industry events, cultivating strategic partnerships and enhancing our voice in the multifamily space.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 12+ years of experience, including direct responsibility creating marketing strategy for an approximately $1B company, or similarly large division within a company
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • B2B2C Expertise: Deep experience in advertising, digital marketing, branding, public relations, social media, and generational marketing.
  • Sales Collaboration: Strong history of working directly with Sales teams to optimize lead flow, drive conversions, and improve sales efficiency.
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to derive actionable insights from data, craft compelling stories from analytics, and influence executive decision-making.
  • Technology Savvy: Advanced knowledge of marketing technology platforms, campaign performance tools, and CRM systems.
  • Leadership Presence: A collaborative, adaptable leader who models executive maturity, cross-functional teamwork, and a servant leadership mindset.
  • Strategic Execution: Capable of turning big ideas into action plans that scale, perform, and deliver results.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
