Will execute project coordination efforts and administrative tasks to install, repair, maintain, upgrade, decommission, and relocate commercial wireless antenna structures on CenterPoint Energy assets. Will support adherence to joint-use agreements for use of CenterPoint fiber network by commercial fiber providers. Will ensure agreements for the joint use of CEHE assets are carried out and managed in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations and Company policy. Will build and maintain strong customer relationships. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Requires seven years of applicable experience in at least one of the following:
In lieu of years' experience, a 2-year degree in construction management, business, or related field and 5 years' experience would be considered.
