Location site: Salem Hospital, 890 Oak St. SE, Salem, OR 97301 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient surgical workflows Perform accurate, ongoing patient assessments before, during, and after procedures Support trauma-level surgical cases as part of a 24/7 coverage team Utilize state-of-the-art surgical equipment and technology Communicate clearly and professionally in high-stress, fast-paced environments Contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence Participate in educational opportunities and certification programs (e.g., CNOR, CRNFA) Foster a supportive and respectful team environment rooted in Salem Health's mission Background/experienceGraduate of a Diploma RN Program and at least 5 years of acute care RN experience ADN, BSN, non-nursing bachelor's degree with MSN, or MSN; preferred for West Valley Hospital. ADN graduate with less than 5 years of acute care experience required to sign agreement to complete BSN or MSN within 3 years of hire.
