Key Responsibilities:
20% - Train, Advise, Assist, and Integrate the IqAF AGE shop to enhance aircraft availability through effective fleet health monitoring.
25% - Troubleshoot and conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AGE systems such as generators, compressors, hydraulic stands, and air conditioners.
15% - Train IqAF personnel to properly use technical publications, schematics, and specifications.
10% - Recommend productivity improvements and modifications to AGE maintenance procedures.
15% - Document maintenance records accurately to support training and operational tracking.
15% - Collaborate with CLS/IqAF teams and perform other duties as assigned by Site Management.
Material & Equipment Directly Used
Aerospace ground support equipment including generators, air compressors, hydraulic test stands, and air conditioning units; technical manuals.
Working Environment
Deployed environment; exposure to outdoor weather and flight line operations; collaboration with
international teams.
Physical Activities
Lifting heavy equipment; standing for extended periods; performing manual maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
Education: USAF 7-skill level (Craftsman)
Certifications: A&P certification preferred.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in this specialty field.
Other Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen; eligible for Secret clearance; worldwide deployability including Middle East; experience with international customers preferred.
Skills and Technology Used: AGE systems; Logistics Management System tools; strong interpersonal and training skills.
