We are working closely with our client in the manufacturing industry to identify a Learning and Development Program Manager. In this role, you will serve as the site-level learning and development lead, responsible for creating and sustaining a culture that values and prioritizes the ongoing learning and development of all employees. You will deliver high quality programs both directly and by building a strong network of local trainers. In addition to building a strong learning culture, primary areas of responsibility include program and project management, learning technology and data management, training content development and delivery, train-the-trainer, stakeholder management and change management. Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 month contract before transitioning to full-time employee (FTE) Hours Per Week: 40 hours/week 8am - 5pm CT Location: Onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas 4 days per week; can work virtually 1 day per week Travel Requirements: Approximately 10% travel; locations TBD but will all be domestic; client will cover travel expenses Experience requirements: 4+ years' experience in a full-time training, education, or learning and development role Experience in a manufacturing environment Excellent facilitator/trainer using adult learning principles to design, develop and deliver learning solutions to meet learning objectives Proficient at using Learning Management Systems; experience with remote and eLearning preferred. Content development experience Experience with measuring and reporting on training effectiveness and business impact. Expertise in the development, delivery and evaluation of training initiatives to support ongoing improvements in knowledge, skills, processes and engagement Superior project management skills and ability to steward a team through a project The pay range for this project is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
