Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Clearing & Custody group is hiring! As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will be responsible for all project management activities related to converting new advisors and firms onto the RBC Clearing & Custody platform. Using your relationship management skills, you will gain an understanding of each firm's unique business needs and then partner with internal RBC resources and 3rd party vendors to ensure the best possible experience for the transitioning firm. Your client first mentality and project management experience will allow you to focus on minimizing client, advisor, firm and back office impact while delivering a seamless onboarding experience. The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,00-$115,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
