Program Manager- Digital Transformation- Epicor

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000/year

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Program Manager - Digital Transformation/Epicor to lead the re-implementation and continuous improvement of our Epicor ERP system while driving enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Management, this role will ensure the successful deployment, optimization, and automation of business processes through Epicor and other digital technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epicor ERP, digital transformation strategy, project management, and business process reengineering within a manufacturing environment. They will collaborate cross-functionally to identify, implement, and optimize digital solutions that support company growth and operational excellence.

This position will be based in either our Darien, WI or Beloit, WI facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Epicor Reimplementation & ERP Optimization:

• Lead the end-to-end reimplementation of Epicor ERP, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budget for a successful deployment
• Work with business units to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and gaps in the current system
• Collaborate with Epicor consultants, vendors, and internal teams for customization, integration, and data migration
• Implement testing, training, and change management strategies to ensure user adoption
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and ongoing ERP improvements based on business needs

Digital Transformation & Process Automation:

• Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap, integrating AI, automation, and advanced analytics into business processes
• Identify and deploy digital tools, low-code platforms, and cloud-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Partner with business leaders to automate workflows, eliminate manual processes, and improve data-driven decision-making
• Evaluate and implement Industrial IoT (IIoT), predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to optimize manufacturing and supply chain operations
• Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and compliant digital solutions

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:

• Act as the bridge between IT, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure system and process alignment
• Provide training, support, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to increase technology adoption
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and governance structures to support ERP and digital transformation efforts
• Lead cross-functional workshops to drive process standardization and best practices

Data-Driven Insights & Business Intelligence:

• Enhance Epicor reporting, dashboards, and analytics using tools like SSRS, Power BI, and AI-driven insights
• Leverage data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning to improve forecasting and strategic decision-making
• Drive data governance and master data management (MDM) initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency across the enterprise

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Ensure all ERP and digital initiatives comply with industry regulations, cybersecurity protocols, and company policies
• Identify and mitigate risks related to system implementations, integrations, and digital transitions
• Implement disaster recovery plans, system security measures, and compliance frameworks to protect data and business operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing Epicor ERP implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation projects
• Expertise in ERP systems (Epicor preferred), automation tools, and cloud-based solutions
• Experience with AI, IIoT, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and data analytics platforms
• Project management expertise (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and finance operations
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
