Jr. Performance Optimization Specialist

As a Network Performance & Optimization (NPO) Engineer at Nokia, you will play a vital role in enhancing the performance of our cutting-edge 5G networks across North America. You'll join the Radio Service Delivery Team, collaborating with skilled professionals and diverse clients to solve real-world challenges in mobile technology. • Contribute to the deployment and optimization of Nokia's 5G network solutions for diverse clients across North America.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Analyze network performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Embrace new technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

You have:

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems
• Proactive approach with a commitment to improving products and services
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer projects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL
• A collaborative team player attitude with a positive mindset
• A strong motivation to work in an international environment
