Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant with SAP BO Expertise

Location: Onsite 3 days per week - Novi, MI

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and a deep understanding of finance domain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, analysis, and end-to-end FICO processes. This role requires direct engagement with business and plant stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions within the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support and configuration for core SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, etc.)
• Develop and maintain financial reports using SAP BO to meet business needs.
• Collaborate closely with finance teams and plant-level stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial systems, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Facilitate user training and documentation related to financial systems and reporting tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with strong exposure to SAP BO reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles and business processes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing or plant environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
