The Opportunity

This Sr. Manager role within Adobe's Global Benefits organization will own the strategy, design and management of the company's retirement, savings and financial wellbeing benefits in Americas. This role currently will report into the Sr. Director of Global Benefits and can be based either in the San Francisco, San Jose, or Seattle.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the program design and strategy of the financial and time off programs across Americas region to ensure alignment with business goals, employee needs and market competitiveness.
  • Responsibility to manage the US 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Canada Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), US Non-qualified Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP), education savings plan (529), student loan services, financial coaching, tools and resources, Voluntary Benefits (e.g., Long-term Care Insurance, legal Insurance and other financial benefits and insurances) and Time-off Benefits.
  • Ensure all retirement programs follow applicable local regulations and maintain plan fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Lead the U.S. retirement plan committee by organizing quarterly meetings, onboarding new members, setting agendas, and developing content
  • Develop clear and effective education and communication strategies to improve awareness of benefits and enhance employee participation in key programs.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with financial and retirement plan providers, program suppliers, consultants, auditors, outside Counsel and other external partners.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bring a passion for building high-performing teams, including identifying growth opportunities aligned with career goals to accelerate effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field/equivalent experience. A master's degree or equivalent experience, or certification in benefits (e.g., CEBS, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability in retirement plan management in Americas region, including at least 5 years in a leadership role leading retirement plans for large organizations in the Americas region.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Gain quick credibility and positive influence by leading cross-functional teams and successfully handle partner relationships.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,400 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
