The Craniofacial Center at Boston Children's Hospital-one of the oldest and largest programs of its kind in the world-is seeking a compassionate and motivated genetic counselor to join our interdisciplinary team including physicians, NPs and PAs. The ideal candidate will provide expert clinical care to patients and families affected by a broad spectrum of craniofacial conditions, offering genetic evaluation, counseling, and ongoing support. We specialize in finding answers for complex and hard-to-diagnose genetic conditions, sometimes applying new technologies through our research labs when existing genetic tests are negative or inconclusive. In parallel, the counselor will play an integral role in our robust research program, contributing to gene discovery efforts, variant analysis and interpretation, and the integration of genomic findings into clinical practice. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of deeply meaningful patient care and cutting-edge science. This position will be divided, with 50% dedicated to research and the other 50% focused on clinical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
