for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable company that values hard work and offers room for advancement.

Pay & Schedule:



  • Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Training: Will take place on 1st shift for 3-4 weeks



Responsibilities:



  • Operate and maintain cutting machines based on order specifications
  • Cut master sheets to customer requirements
  • Inspect materials and report quality issues
  • Adjust equipment, change blades, and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Record production data accurately
  • Support and train other team members as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
