• Select appropriate dies, adjust settings (material height, servo), and load material.
• Monitor press performance, make necessary adjustments, and resolve issues.
• Inspect parts for defects, verify they meet specifications, and document quality issues.
• Perform routine checks, including oil levels, greasing, and identifying worn components.
• Load materials (e.g., coils) and operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment properly.
• Ensure the correct setup and execution of each job for optimal product output.
