Assembler - 2nd Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL Job ID: #71052 Pay Range: $18-24 Job Description: Perform support assembly work installing a variety of mechanical and electrical components. Follow established procedures in assembly operations. Incorporating engineering changes and upgrade reworks on field return units. Performs several complex electro-mechanical assembly tasks. Component board stuffing, both through-hole and surface mount. Assemble modules and subassemblies using approved soldering, wiring/ cabling, connector installation, and bonding. Top level system integration of PCBA's, modules, subassemblies, components, and housings. De-soldering and rework of failed components on PCBA's, modules, and subassemblies. UV curing of epoxies and conformal coatings. Operate solder reflow machines. Masking and conformal coating of boards. Die and Wire Bonding. Performs tasks associated with use of process ovens for curing and cleaning of parts. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 2-5 years of experience and a proven track record in electronics assembly and test. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience and a proven track record in mechanical assembly and test. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and remain highly organized in a high-volume production environment. Comfortable working with cross functional teams Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast paced environment. Strong commitment to teamwork and process. Detail Oriented specifically regarding paperwork. Experience in Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word, Access) 5+ years of experience in related field High precision timing, test measurements experience a plus Incumbent may sit in a stationary position for a long period of time Frequent use of manufacturing and test equipment and exposure to computer screens. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift 25-50 pounds. Must have the ability to multi-task, often performing multiple functions simultaneously. This job requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
