The role includes managing Value Competitiveness dashboards, governance and leadership reporting. Develop, influence, and track Value Competitiveness process through opportunity conceptualization, audit submissions, implementation, and approvals to ensure Projects meets annual targets. This includes managing SharePoint sites and Power BI dashboards. Identify and clear challenges to successful implementation of key opportunity initiatives and lead internal and external partners to drive opportunity implementation, and obtain leadership / Business Unit approvals. Develop business cases for trade-off analysis, using technical data to calculate potential savings, and collecting subject matter expert input to identify risks vs benefits for opportunities. Targeted optimization of key portfolios, working with teams to find opportunities, and guide overall implementation and changes. Facilitate ideation workshops and roll-out process training as required. Provide strategic solutions to challenges and opportunities by challenging status quo, thinking with the end in mind, influencing and facilitating positive collaboration with the right people to optimize value and continuously improve.
Who you are:
University degree, technical diploma or combination of related engineering, construction or operational training and/or experience. 6 years minimum or working experience in the pipeline or oil and gas industry. 5 years of project management experience is preferred. Have working knowledge to Engineering, Construction and Field operations, and a general understanding of pipeline and terminal operations. Familiar with industry codes, regulations, standards and specifications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize several workload deliverables concurrently and resolve issues in a timely manner. Skilled in Power BI and SharePoint, PowerPoint. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key partners.
Working Conditions:
Office environment. Under 5% travel to regional office or field sites. Will require a passport for international travel. Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
