Position Title: Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Rep

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Rep at a company in Denver, CO. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Rep Responsibilities: - Palletize product in the warehouse - Operate forklift to load trucks - Assist customers with questions regarding product availability, specifications and pricing, both in person, and over the phone - Enter customer orders and quotes into our operating system - Manage new inquiries - Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the company and our products and services - Process sales orders generated at the sales counter Requirements for Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Rep: - Bilingual (English / Spanish) - High School Diploma or equivalent - At least two years of construction industry experience preferred - Previous warehouse, sales and customer service experience - Outstanding customer service and communication skills - Reliable transportation - Have, or quickly develop, a comprehensive knowledge of product lines. - Able to work in a fast paced, highly accurate and customer focused position with high attention to detail and speed - Know basic computer processes (use of Microsoft Word and Excel) - Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems - Strong organizational and time management skills - Building supply knowledge preferred Benefits: - QPS offers healthcare insurance through American Workforce after 4 weeks on assignment and paid holidays after 960 worked hours Application Deadline: None, Always Accepting Candidates IND152 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
