Position Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Wage: $22.00 - $26.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:30am - 3:30pm Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: - Assist customers with questions regarding product availability, specifications and pricing, both in person and over the phone - Enter customer orders and quotes into our operating system - Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the company and our products and services - Assist customers who purchase and/or pick up merchandise - Process sales orders generated at the sales counter Requirements for Bilingual Customer Service Representative: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Bilingual (English / Spanish) - Previous sales and customer service experience - 2 years of experience in construction industry preferred - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Outstanding customer service and communication skills - Able to identify customer needs, provide profitable solutions, and close the sale - Able to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers - Reliable transportation - Develop comprehensive knowledge of product lines - Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail - Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel - Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems - Good organizational and time management skills - Previous building supply or sales experience is a plus Application Deadline: None, Always Accepting Candidates IND135 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
