Job Description:

Microchip is looking for a dynamic Senior Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to help drive growth, within a select group of major Storage, Data Center, and Communications OEMs, located in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilize the Microchip Sales Processes to create new engagements and drive the sales funnel to grow revenue at target customers.
• Provide technical and business insights among various stakeholders to grow our business.
• The CEM owns and drives the company relationship with the assigned customer base.
• The CEM must effectively work within a team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies
• Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions and Sales Management.
• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support, be proficient with using software tools such as MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of their customers' business, the solutions we offer that create value to the customer, the overall market, competitive landscape and internal organization.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, technical degree preferred
• 9+ years of experience supporting datacenter or marketing experience preferred (networking, server and storage hardware or datacenter)
• Prior experience managing and building partnerships at large accounts
• Able to work proficiently in both autonomous and team environments
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000-$220,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
