Primary Function

The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing channel partner programs that drive revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and market expansion. This role works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful program execution. Key responsibilities include leading partner training initiatives, coordinating events such as webinars, training event and shows, managing reward and loyalty programs, and overseeing co-op marketing fund allocation and utilization to maximize partner engagement and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver training materials, sales playbooks, and enablement resources to support partner success.
  • Plan and Manage Training and Customer Events: assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events that support and foster partner engagement.
  • Program Development: Create, launch, and maintain scalable channel partner programs including onboarding, training, incentives, and enablement tools.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze program KPIs to track partner performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of channel program strategies.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded materials, joint campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Incentive Programs: Design and manage partner incentive plans, including co-op, rewards and promotions.
Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in channel management, partner programs, or B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience working with channel ecosystems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in maintaining an LMS platform (e.g., iSpring or similar).
  • Experience with CRM and PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Impartner, or similar).
  • Familiarity with partner onboarding processes and lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of partner segmentation and tiering models.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field
