The Data Analytics Senior Associate will sit within Apogem's Information Technology Data Analytics team and report to the Director of Data Analytics. This role is equal parts builder, optimizer, and steward of the firm's CRM environment. The Senior Associate will contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of CRM infrastructure, ensuring it is well-structured, reliable, and aligned with the needs of Investor Relations, Business Development, and Investment Teams. This individual will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data integrity, optimizing reporting capabilities, and supporting the delivery of accurate, actionable insights to key stakeholders across the organization.
