Position Overview The IDF Site Superintendent position is a critical role within the Waste Operations at the Integrated Disposal Facility (IDF) on the Hanford Reservation outside of Richland, WA. This position is responsible for the overall management of the landfill operation, maintenance of the equipment, and maintenance of the Facility. This position is a direct report to the Project Manager. Other responsibilities include:

This is a position requires the ability to work outdoors in an industrial environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Compensation: In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Base pay is just one component of CTI's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $135,000 - $145,000 salary per year. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skillset, experience, and/or performance.
