The Reservoir Engineer, working under limited supervision, is responsible for steering preparation of quarterly production volume forecasts to support economics for asset development and budgets cycle for cash flow projections. The role prepares comprehensive cash flow analyses and modeling for capital and expense projects and cost comparisons on budgeted versus actual expenditures. The role summarizes information and trends, steers evaluation of internal production data, and spearheads reviews of project proposals and plans. The role contributes substantially to special projects focused on optimizing DSU economics and field scale development planning, establishes effective relationships, influences at all levels, mentors on collaboration, and contributes innovative solutions leveraging an inclusive mindset and diverse technical expertise.

* Steers preparation for production volume forecasts to support economics for asset development, budgets cycle for cash flow projections, pattern recognition for reservoir performance, and evaluating forecasting methodologies for continuous improvement.
* Prepares comprehensive cash flow analyses and modeling for capital and expense projects, cost comparisons on budgeted versus actual expenditures, and conducts economic analyses to determine the cost/benefit for potential dispositions and acquisitions of properties. Leads financial data analysis to drive strategic recommendations for meeting or surpassing objectives.
* Summarizes information and trends, steers evaluation of internal production data using advanced rate and pressure techniques, and spearheads project proposal and plan reviews. Exploits advanced techniques for reservoir characterization and development decisions.
* Steers development of production and reserve reports by analyzing data from diverse sources such as well tests, production logs, and reservoir performance evaluations to meet regulatory and company reporting needs.
* Collaborates with vendors, consultants, and Internal Stakeholders to review and evaluate new technologies, diagnostics, and workflows to potential business integration.
* Establishes effective relationships, influences at all levels, mentors on collaboration, and contributes innovative solutions in economic viability analyses, technical feasibility analyses, leveraging an inclusive mindset and diverse expertise.
* Contributes substantially to special projects focused on optimizing DSU economics, field scale development planning, and reservoir characterization and performance.
* Organizes and completes multiple concurrent projects in economic analyses and feasibility analysis, prioritizes deadlines, and communicates effectively, demonstrating autonomy in decision-making and providing strategic technical recommendations to leadership.

Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering or any other related discipline and/or commensurate work experience is required.

Experience:
* 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in areas such as Reserves Analysis, Performance Analysis and Forecasting, Economic Evaluations or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.

Certifications:
* Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred)
