THE JOB:

Join our vibrant team at Excalibur as a Tournament of Kings Showroom Clerk and play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences! You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations in every interaction, as well as handling cash transactions with accuracy. Additional responsibilities include assisting with guest inquiries, verifying tickets for entry, and providing service recovery when needed.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.75 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Selltickets,upsell,crosssellandprocessticketorders,willcallforshows,events,exhibits,andattractionswhile providingpromptandcourteousservicetoallguests
• Performticketverificationpriortoentryintovenue, following compliance and safety protocols
• Provideknowledgeable and detailed responsestoguestquestions regardingproperty facilities,services and event details
• Address and resolveguestcomplaintswithinthescopeofauthority, while providing a positive experience
• Accurately maintain a balanced cashdrawer while supportingticketsales
• Interpretandoperatenumerouscomputerandticketingsystemswithefficiency
• Answermulti-linetelephonesusingproperetiquette to assist guests with inquires and ticket sales

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays - Department Operations range from 11:00 AM - 1:00 AM daily.
• Box Office and Ticketing experience preferred
• Previous guest-facing customer service and cash handling experience preferred
