This is a remote position. Incumbents who reside in Florida may work remotely. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Lee Health location.
Summary
This position is a key resource for the Information Systems Department and is responsible for assisting in the management and administration of our SailPoint IdentityNow platform, supporting overall IAM operations, and Citrix Virtual Desktop. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that access policies, provisioning, and security practices are followed to protect sensitive healthcare data and meet regulatory compliance standards.
Responsibilities include:
- SailPoint IdentityNow Management:
Assist in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityNow, ensuring proper identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance policies. - Policy Enforcement:
Assist in implementing and enforcing IAM policies for user authentication, authorization, and governance across all healthcare applications. - Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IdentityNow and IAM-related issues. Respond to and resolve user issues in a timely manner. - Audit & Compliance:
Help generate reports and assist in audits related to IAM to ensure the organization complies with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA). - Collaboration:
Work closely with security teams, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management workflows. - Responsible for Kuiper thick client deployments
Job Requirements:
Education: A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience required (5 years of role-specific work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree).
Experience: 3-5 years experience with designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions
- Basic knowledge of identity and access management principles.
- Familiarity with IAM systems, preferably SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Understanding of security protocols such as SSO, MFA, and LDAP.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining security standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of password policy, HIPAA privacy, and timeout devices
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track common trends
- Passion for learning new applications and systems in a collaborative environment
Additional Experience Preferences:
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow
- Knowledge of MS Azure Active Directory Hybrid environment
- General understanding of Epic Security
- Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell, Python, and Puppet
Certification/Registration Requirements:
SailPoint certification preferred (Identity Security Engineer, Identity Security Administrator, etc.)
Other requirements:
Some after-hours work and periodic 24x7 on call support will be required, including participating with Emergency/Hurricane Response teams as assigned.
