The Opportunity

Join Adobe Studio, our in-house creative agency that crafts everything from award-winning advertising and marketing campaigns to inspiring feature films, documentaries, and scroll-stopping social media content. Bring your design skills to our diverse, dedicated team of dreamers, doers, and brand builders.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closelywith external agencies and partners to align their contributions with project goals. Anticipate potential project needs and proactively communicate direction.
  • Identify innovative solutions across complex systems or teams, especially where no clear path currently exists.
  • Play a key rolein delivering breakthrough technologies or major innovations.
  • Work with senior managers or directorsin Campaign and marketing teams to inform and shape new project directions.
  • Direct the workof senior art directors, designers, and agency partners to ensure creative outputs align with strategic and project goals and quality standards.
  • Present designsin a clear, professional manner, explaining design decisions to a broad audience.
  • Maintain product expertiseand create new original assets while guiding agency partners to do the same.
  • Lead the Creative Architecture, Brand Architecture, or Visual Expressionto ensure art assets are on brand and fully integrate with copy elements.
  • Define and drive the creative agenda, including setting design processes, goals, and visions across groups.
  • Contribute to setting the organization's visionand aligning internal and external efforts to achieve it. Set team goals, assign projects, and ensure active engagement to meet these objectives.
  • Craft communicationsthat articulate the organization's values and philosophies on design, typography, color, and other creative topics.
  • Represent Adobeat conferences, on blogs, or in design competitions.
  • Lead and mentor team membersacross functions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporate new techniques, and inform others.

What We Need

  • 8+ years' experienceand broad cross-discipline knowledge (web, print, interactive, etc.).
  • Recognized expertisein the field.
  • Expertise with Figmaand a clear understanding of automation, libraries, and current design knowledge.
  • Significant experiencein the development and delivery of new technology or major innovations.
  • Strong presentation and social skills.
  • Ability to work optimally in a fast-moving environment, anticipate issues, and think big-picture.
  • A positive and forward-thinking attitude.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $84,200 -- $199,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
