Position: Registered Nurse RN - Care Coordination
Shift: Per Diem 8:00am- 4:30pm, Shifts, Weekends and Holidays rotational based on unit needs

Experience:
1. Three years of recent clinical experience required. If ADN, 10+ years of experience required
2. Leadership experience preferred.

Education:
1. Associate RN Degree required with BSN or bachelor's degree in clinical Discipline achieved within 3 years of hire
2. Master's Degree in Clinical Discipline strongly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
Active PA RN license required
