Team/Job Summary: This role is within NOA's Digital Marketing department, and organizes, manages, and plans creative projects of varying scope, complexity, and specialty.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

* Creates tactical content plans to bridge creative and resourcing teams, ensuring creative alignment across campaign, promotional, and e-commerce executions.

* In tandem with creative team management, sets with process and roadmaps to develop, maintain, document, and socialize internal initiatives with the broader organization.

* Manages creative team resource allocation, tickets and task management, internal content reviews, and delivery of content for requesting teams throughout the department.

* In tandem with design system leadership, develops roadmaps and milestones for reporting up on the development of visual and UX experience layer of core Nintendo web applications.

* Works closely with content, copy, and design teams to assign tasks, track delivery, and develop internal process.

* Develops and socializes project intake process for creative teams while working with requesting groups to gather requirements and centralize production requests for cross-channel initiatives.

* Works within project management software to track progress towards delivery and generates reports for external teams as needed.

* Assigns and monitors work of assigned creative resources, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with project objectives, deadlines are met, and approvals are secured.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 2-4 years of experience leading projects.

* Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, or Art, or a related field, or equivalent.

* Experience supporting business, design, and marketing campaign operations in a project management function.

* Experience with people and resource allocation and optimizing workflows.

* Familiarity with standard project management methodologies, skills, and techniques

* Familiarity with task management systems like JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet

* Demonstrated ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics and lead cross functional teams.

* Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills

* Ability to work and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.

* Ability to manage numerous activities and ensure on-time completion of tasks.

* Highly motivated and self-directed, with acute attention to detail

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

* Familiarity with standard workflows and deliverable format for copy and design teams a plus

* Experience with design system implementation a plus

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $77,500 - $124,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
