A Brief Overview

The Home Office Learning Manager will craft and implement engaging learning experiences and programs at Safelite. Utilize diverse and creative approaches to eLearning, workshops, peer learning/communities, mentoring, and more to foster skills with a measurable impact on both employee and business outcomes. They will consult on learning solutions for the business and collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and internal teams, continually refining solutions based on data and feedback.

What you will do

  • Lead project teams to develop and deliver best-in-class learning and development programs, resources, and content that build job skills and leadership capability and have a measurable impact on Safelite people and business results; maximize and leverage a variety of approaches including but not limited to eLearning, instructor-led training, assessments, mentoring, leaders as teachers, blogs, micro learning, coaching, etc.

  • Partner with business leaders, People Business Partners, talent management and other internal teams as appropriate to gain a holistic view of management and leadership opportunities and recommend learning or talent-based solutions, as appropriate. Lead the learning strategy and agenda for the assigned functional area.

  • Routinely measure and assess the impact of learning and development initiatives, report progress against objectives and leverage data and insights from programs, engagement surveys and styles & climate and other assessments. Continuously enhance programs and resource offerings to meet the changing needs of the business.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required

  • 7-9 years of relevant experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering leadership development programs with proven results Required

  • Expert facilitation and training for large population dispersed throughout the US; capability to deliver some of the learning programs with occasional travel

  • Project Management

  • Ability to conduct needs analysis and recommend, develop, and/or implement impactful leadership development and learning solutions and accompanying change management within stated budget, resources and timelines

  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication with emphasis on compelling business cases, persuasive communication, tact and negotiation adjusted to the target audience

  • Microsoft Suite Products

  • Learning Management Systems, Authoring Tools (Storyline, Captivate, Adobe, etc.)

  • Experience using ADDIE methodology
