A Brief Overview The Talent Development Manager manages programs related to associate and leadership development including the design, creation and execution of development plans and development options for all levels of associates. This position focuses on partnering with organizational leaders to solve business problems with holistic development interventions. The role is an expert in the entire training, learning and development processes and leads complex projects/programs. Activities include assessing capability gaps, proposing data driven recommendations, owning development products end to end and executing all aspects of creating, implementing and evaluating development solutions.
