Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Technical Consultant in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments. Participate in the full application life cycle through design, development, testing, and deployment. Work with technical teams and architects to finalize architectural specifications - and create solutions and integration designs. Produce project documentation, including functional and technical designs, and end-user guides. Validate application code using unit tests, security tests, and profiling tools. Design, develop and integrate Salesforce applications and components with back-office systems using modern web tools and technologies. Develop proofs of concept as needed during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Apex; (2) C++; (3) jQuery; (4) Tableau; (5) VisualForce; (6) Workbench; and (7) Import and Export Data. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $168,397.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $188,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $188,600. For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $188,600. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $188,600. For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $188,600. For New Jersey based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $188,600.
