*Job Description*
(Call Center Reps) * Handling numerous inbound with some outbound calls for all potential customers. * They are on an auto-dialer system. The volume changes daily. 60-100 calls a day. NO voicemails! * Speaking with the customer, finding out their needs and ensuring we have exactly what they are looking for. * Once they've verified that they are speaking with a qualified customer, they will then schedule an in-home sales representative to meet with the customer to give a presentation, quote, and contract. * ALL Warm leads. More so-qualifying leads. * Appointment setter * Up-selling. Just informing of other products to present! * Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Gutter guards, Windows, Tub + Shower *Qualifications:* * Someone that enjoys outbound calls or has the experience * 2+ years of customer service. (Call center, retail setting, phone work, etc.) * Strong computer skills. Familiar with Microsoft office applications * Okay with working one weekend day each week * Someone who is reliable and motivated *Hours/Schedule:* - Hybrid - Tuesday-Thursday in-office / Rest WFH (work from home) Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday if that applies to their shift. - MUST be open to 7 days a week. - Sat & Sun hours from 9am-6pm * Sunday - WFH all day (work from home) * Monday - WFH all day * Tuesday - in office for morning go home on lunch to finish shift * Wednesday - in office in morning go home on lunch to finish shift * Thursday - in office in morning go home on lunch to finish shift * Friday- WFH all day * Saturday- WFH all day *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
