Staffmark is hiring Assemblers to join a respected manufacturing team in Springfield, OH. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work toward a stable future, this could be the opportunity for you!

Pay: $14.00/hour + Overtime Opportunities

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Assemble semi-truck window regulators and mechanical components
  • Use hand and air tools to complete tasks accurately and safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Follow safety and quality standards to ensure top production results
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed



What We're Looking For:



  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
