  • Translate system requirements for datacenter communication ICs into detailed specifications and ensure compliance through design, test, and validation processes.
  • Develop and maintain application notes to support the integration of these ICs.
  • Serve as the liaison between the ASIC design team and module-level HW integration and test teams.
  • Drive the supply of prototype ASICs for performance and reliability validation activities.
  • Perform statistical data analysis on large datasets to characterize and improve product performance.
  • Track, troubleshoot, and resolve IC issues in collaboration with the design team.
  • Evaluate capabilities, yields, and supply planning in preparation for volume ramp following product release.


  • Proven experience in product engineering, working cross-functionally to bring ASICs to market through multiple development cycles.
  • Experience working with analog ASICs with proven ability to evaluate performance and lead failure analysis
  • Strong understanding of device physics and its impact on analog circuits, with techniques to improve performance.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets, performing statistical analysis, and presenting data and ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and information management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance proficiency through programming skills and process development.


Education Requirements:



  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics

    • MS in any of the above fields with 4+ years of analog ASIC Product engineering or Application Engineering experience
    • PhD in any of the above fields with 2+ years of analog ASIC Product engineering or Application Engineering experience



Job Level:



  • The job level will be determined based on educational qualifications and relevant experience.
