Job Overview
The Corporate Social Responsibility-CRA Program Manager has a proven track record showcasing strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and regulatory knowledge, to drive and execute key priorities amongst internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identifies, manages and strengthens relationships with the Bank's internal and external community development partners inside the Bank's local markets, with focus in New Jersey and the Valley footprint.
- Leads and supports community engagement and volunteerism across partners, within our local markets across multiple states.
- Coordinates Bank employee participation in community development activities, such as housing fairs and financial education workshops, and tracks participation accordingly.
- Develops and maintains the right level of employee involvement in CRA qualified organizations, and the development of quality volunteer opportunities across the Valley footprint.
- Contributes to the development of Corporate Social Responsibility philanthropic initiatives.
- Tracks donations and sponsorships, reviews volunteer, board, committee service activities, loans, etc., for CRA qualification.
- Leads the execution of the grant lifecycle from approval through grant closure in collaboration with regional CRA Officers.
- Manages and creates the Bank's CRA Public File.
- Manages marketing needs, both internal and external, including Unily, Ad journals, internal and external articles, press releases, etc.
- Provides research and evaluation of community groups and vendors for potential Corporate Social Responsibility and CRA partnerships.
- Identifies and provides appropriate data and prepares for CRA examinations/audits, quarterly performance reports and annual CRA self-assessments.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of bank laws, rules, and regulations, specifically including but not limited to, the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), and other related regulations.
- Demonstrated high degree of professionalism in communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.

- Use various information technology systems required for successful job performance.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other technology and systems such as Salesforce.
Required Experience:
- High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Management, Finance, Community Development, Urban or Regional Planning or an applicable internship.

$93,200.00 - $160,900.00 / year
