IVF Laboratory Coordinator

Will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operation of the department.

Essential Functions- Perform laboratory bench procedures for services as defined above.
-Participate in the annual development of a clinical pathology services budget.
-Coordinate CCM fee-for-service laboratory testing services.
-Work with the Pathologist to develop standard operating procedures, training, and proficiency assessment materials for laboratory staff.
-Coordinate CCM non-billable laboratory services for Services staff.
-Maintain adequate documentation of instrument services and maintenance, as well as the tests provided (SOPs, warranties, service agreements, Records, etc.) for laboratory testing and research.
-Track staff and resource utilization and identify missed billing opportunities.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience

Minimum of 6 months in an IVF Laboratory setting.

Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative role in a complex environment.

Healthcare experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- Working knowledge of clinical Protocols.
