Hourly Pay Range:

$31.28 - $48.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Full Time

  • Monday- Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

  • Hybrid Role: onsite during training, flexible afterward.

  • On call rotation

Job Summary:

As an IT Applications Analyst I - Workday at Endeavor Health you will primarily be responsible for providing first-line technical and functional support for the Workday application. This role supports employees with login and access issues, manages security provisioning, triages ServiceNow tickets, runs daily operational tasks, and assists with internal audits. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant use of the Workday system.
In addition to core support duties, you will contribute to identifying opportunities that reduce manual effort, support organizational growth, improve user and patient experience, and help develop innovative operational solutions. This role is expected to foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote the consistent use of tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, and perform other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.

What you will do:

  • Respond to employee questions and troubleshoot login or navigation issues in Workday.

  • Process and track Workday security access requests, ensuring appropriate role assignments and approvals.

  • Triage incoming ServiceNow tickets related to Workday and route them to the correct teams.

  • Run and monitor scheduled daily tasks, including reports, integrations, and system checks.

  • Assist with audit and compliance activities, including user access reviews and evidence gathering.

  • Maintain documentation of recurring tasks, support procedures, and escalation paths.

  • Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve access or system-related issues.

  • Participate in system testing and validation during Workday updates or configuration changes.

What you will need:

  • Education:High School diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field-or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, enterprise applications, or related roles.

  • Exposure to or experience with Workday or SaaS platforms preferred.

  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus.

  • Unique or Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Basic understanding of access and security management in enterprise systems.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured procedures and maintain documentation.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
