TITLE: Service Technician LOCATION: Columbia, SC POSITION REPORTS TO: Terminal Lube Manager SCHEDULE: TBD by manager. Some overtime and weekends will be required. WAGES: Commensurate with experience and skills RESPONSIBILITIES Repair 12v and 110v fuel pumps Repair/Replace tank monitoring systems Repair/Replace Fuel Management Systems Assist with Tank Farm-Fuel Island installation Service other pump related equipment (meters, nozzles, hoses, etc.) Respond and handle customer issues Other related tasks and projects as assigned by manager BASIC REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Locals only, must live within 60 miles Valid driver's license and a good driving record Experience working with industrial pumps, meters, and motors Must have OPW Certification Must have Integra 500 Certification Must have experience with OPW FIT 500 Cardlock Systems Ability to interact with and develop good working relationships with technical and administrative staff Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel programs Strong attention to detail Stable past employment history Good attendance record Honesty and a good work ethic Ability to get along with others and work well in a team environment Ability to work weekends and travel Courteous and friendly nature when dealing with customers Experience communicating with customers on job related activities Ability to complete paperwork effectively, efficiently and accurately PREFERRED Experience working with fuel equipment Service experience in the trucking industry Electrical background Experience with piping installation Experience with Gasboy Dispensers/Suction pumps OPW Certification Integra 500 certification OPW FIT 500 cardlock systems Sun Coast Resources, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
