The ideal candidate must have an earned Master's or Ph.D. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field by August 1st, 2025, with at least 18 graduate credit hours in these areas.
Expertise in two or more areas of Computer Science and Information Technology, such as object-oriented programming, event-driven programming, operating systems, digital logic and design, human-computer interaction, system integration, system assurance, and digital game development.
Industrial experience or prior teaching experience at a regionally accredited higher education institution will further strengthen the candidate's profile. |

Job Description |
The candidate will be expected to effectively teach a variety of IT and CS courses, advise and mentor students, and engage in professional service. For example, the candidate will be expected to teach four IT and CS courses per semester. Courses may include but are not limited to object-oriented programming, event-driven programming, web programming, operating systems, digital logic and design, human-computer interactions, system integration, system assurance, and digital game development.
The candidate must be able to communicate effectively through spoken, written, and visual media.
