Position Title: Lead Developer (Multiple Openings)

Location: Winona, MN

Overview: Working as a Lead Developer you will be part of our IT development teams solving complex business problems with technology.

Job Duties: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

1.Leading, designing, developing, modifying, and testing enterprise applications

2.Designing, implementing, testing, and deploying for the .Net web platform

3.Supporting the production of mobile applications

4.Conducting critical reviews of existing solutions with a view to achieving simplification and/or performance increases

5.Proactively suggesting improvements and amendments to existing products, tools, database structures, data synchronization, etc. and responsibility for implementing any changes

6.Keeping up-to-date with the latest technical advances within the agreed technical specialisms

7.Mentoring and leading members of the development team and recommending corrections or improvements as required

8.Acting as a liaison with the Enterprise Architecture team in relation to the architecture vision, standards and road map

9.Acting as a liaison with the Business Analysts to ensure that capabilities are aligned with business requirements

10.Acting as a liaison with the Quality Assurance team relating to develop testing approaches

This position offers an optional partial telecommuting schedule after a period of onboarding, training and meeting performance goals.

Requirements:

Degree: Possess a bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field of study or foreign equivalent plus 3 Years of experience in Software Development

Special Requirements:

1.3 years of experience with web and Domain Driven API development with .NET utilizing the following languages and tools: C#, Angular, NodeJS, NPM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Elastic, MS SQL, and Oracle databases.

2.Experience leading or mentoring a team

3.Demonstrated knowledge or experience with creating, maintaining, and supporting critical enterprise business applications

4.Excellent written and oral communication skills

5.Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities

6.Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills

7.Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented

8.Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency

10.Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

Offered Salary: $93,350 - 100,000
