Communications Operator, Per Diem, Nights

Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is hiring to fill a Communications Operator position at RWJBarnabas Health New Brunswick. This is a Per Diem, Nights position.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be willing to work overnight shifts and on-call shifts

Preferred:

• Bilingual Preferred

Essential Functions:

• Console operator relay incoming and outgoing calls, monitors operations of telephone and paging systems,
• Operate the paging system, sound alarms, and announce medical codes / disasters / other emergencies
