Based in Springfield, Oregon R&D laboratory, the technical service leader will support projects from an application and technical perspective targeting the North American Market for the Structural and Performance Adhesives business unit. This hands-on role will have responsibility leading and advising other technical team members, in addition to formulating, synthesizing, characterizing, and performing application testing of products. This role will provide manufacturing support and batch troubleshooting. Job Responsibilities
