Responsibilities

This position exists to provide overall organization and management to the legal department. Responsibilities include, legal research, management and organization of legal documents, interaction and support of other members reporting to the legal department, implementing legal department initiatives, leading special projects and other operational support for the legal function of the organization. Within this team environment, this position will serve as the resource for questions, follow up, and process management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate, or 5+ years' legal experience in lieu of degree or certificate
  • 5 years' experience as a Paralegal or working in in-house legal department

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Health Care setting
