Description Acara Solutions is looking for a remote Customer Account Coordinator for one of our growing clients!
Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join our Client's Storage Management division. This individual will be responsible for coordinating new and existing leases for Client customers, communicating with the customer and storage providers to identify properties that meet all requirements, and providing day-to-day administrative support related to storage locations. Key activities will include reviewing customer requirements, sending proposals to the customer for sign-off, securing storage units, facilitating access changes, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the rental facility. This position will report to Client's Director of Storage Management.
